Terms and Conditions

Please kindly read our Terms and Conditions before you place your orders with us.

By agreeing to purchase with Clothes Avenue, you agree to abide and agree with our Terms and Conditions.

Order:

1. All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollar (S$)
2. We perform check before items are sent out.
3. No refunds or exchange will be performed. Refunds only done when ordered items are unavailable.
4. Mode of collection of orders are via Postage or Meetup.
5. Items are based on first-come-first-served basics. Out of goodwill we can do reservations for 24 hours.
6. Pictures of products may differ due to color resolution issue.

Payment and related:

1. We accept I-Banking and ATM Transfer through UOB & DBS bank.

Loyalty Programme:

1. Every $25 nett spend in a transaction (exlcudes postage & handling charge) will earn you 1 point.
2. Every 5 Loyalty Points = 5% off 6th transaction
3. Every 10 Loyalty Points = 10% off 11th transaction
4. 6th and 11th transaction needs to be minimum S$25 nett in value

Postage and related:

1. Handling charge of S$0.50 will be incur for all items by postage
2. Clothes Avenue will not be liable for any lost of parcels in the midst of Postage. Thus Registered Postage is strongly recommended.

Meetup and related:

1. Meetup will be accordingly to owner's schedule.
2. Meetup will be done in Yishun MRT station.
3. Timing will be further confirmed.

Clothes Avenue reserves the right to amend our Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
